What are your machining capabilities for customers

Can we sign NDA to protect our information and keep confidential?
We can sign NDA. Even we do not sign NDA with you, we also will not show any your
design and related information to others without your prior written consent.

Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?

Yes. Nearly all of our products are customized. We are a professional OEM metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to clients'  drawings. Please don't worry! 

 

How to deal with the parts we received when they are found to be in poor quality? 

Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with the inspection report before delivery. In case of non- conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures or RMA reports to us, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired for the first time, the resulting transportation costs borne by our company. 

 

What is the delivery time for my order?

It depends on the part difficulty and quantity.

We will update you the production status weekly. 

 For an urgent order, we can expedite the production to catch up on your production lead time.

How to take care of my first order from Korea importing?

If you are not knowing how to ship the order, we can check the international freight by DHL, TNT, FEDEX, OR AIR shipment.

For heavy goods, we can check out FOB Korea or CIF or DDP freight.
